Maneesh Vaddi

I'm a rising senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, building civic and climate tech in Northern Virginia.

I'm the creator of VoteValue, a nonpartisan civic transparency platform used by voters across 19 states and demoed to bipartisan state legislative offices and the office of Congressman James Walkinshaw (VA-11). I'm also building O-Seal, an autonomous in-pipe sealing system for water infrastructure, with a provisional patent pending and a youth speaker session at the Right Here, Right Now Global Youth Climate Summit (Oxford Saïd × Oxford Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment × UN OHCHR × Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Alliance, June 5, 2026).

I've worked on computational political science with Prof. Padmanabhan Seshaiyer at GMU and edge ML for chip design in Prof. Vijay Janapa Reddi's lab at Harvard SEAS, and trained in bioinformatics and RNA-seq through NASA Ames's GL4HS program.
